After both reflective essays are posted - create a discussion about your 'essays' -
read each other's reflective summary as well as my comments
compare your response with the other person's
comment on points raised, things the other person brought out that you did not think of, items with which you agree strongly
Note: This is an exercise in working together electronically. If you wait to post your response, you keep your colleague at a disadvantage, because she cannot dialog with you until you post.
I'd like to see at LEAST two exchanges. I will be monitoring this and have posed questions of my own to spark discussion. :-)
