    • Sections of the library – you are responsible for knowing what’s where

  • Presentation: (20% of grade) –
    • Leave the LMC neat, tidy, organized and welcoming.
    • Acting in a professional manner while ‘on duty’

  • Outreach: (20% of grade) –
    • Advertising library services and resources.
    • Anticipating the needs of our patrons?
